What connects to SR+ and SR- terminals of Philips Xitanium SR LED driver

Hello,
In the Philips 75W Xitanium SR LED driver, what should be connected in to the SR+ and SR-  terminals of the connector? (page 1 of datasheet)
Is it an external device which needs powering from the SR+  and SR-  terminals , or is it an external device which provides a powered DALI bus into the SR+ and SR- terminals?

Also, for the following Philips Xitanium LED driver, page 3 of its datasheet shows DALI terminals on its connector. Are these terminals for connecting a powered DALI bus into the product?…….or are these terminals for connecting an unpowered DALI device to the product? (which then receives the powered DALI bus from the product)

We need to know this because some of our customers want to connect a DALI_device_needing_power_from_the_LED_driver , and some customers want to connect a DALI_device_that_provides_power_for_the_DALI_bus.
We would like to find a LED driver which allows both these types of DALI device connections. It is extremely difficult to find one like this. Do you know of one?
