To add on to the pile, I've grown very tired of using newark's website. Every webpage seems to load at a glacial pace, and sometimes wouldn't load any parts at all regardless of the category selected.
On top of that, I had recently placed an order with them, and received an email stating that one of the parts was no longer manufactured. The customer service agent asked if I wanted to cancel the rest of the order, which I did since it was a relatively important part!
I never heard anything back from them. Every time I tried to use their live chat feature on their website it was perpetually down, and when I FINALLY did manage to get someone, they said it was indeed canceled.
I would have loved to have gotten some sort of confirmation on the status of the order but I guess they just... forgot to let me know.
