| Eurocircuits had a fire |
| (1/1) |
| Jeroen3:
So, eurocircuits had a fire... for those that not order in china. https://www.eurocircuits.com/blog/update-on-fire-in-our-hungarian-factory/ Doesn't appear that bad, they're cleaning up fast. Problem is going to be getting replacement machines today I guess with the part shortages. I can't really tell what kind of machine burst into flames. |
| jmelson:
What the HECK did they have in there that could support such a big fire? Is it all the prepreg that went up? Solvents? or what? Jon |
| perieanuo:
almost all their primary materials are flammable (highly) |

Pity the fire didn't do for the photo panels, that continuously flick left and right, on that page. |
| tooki:
The TL;DR is that the machines for HASL and hard gold fingers burned to death, the rest is back up and running. |
