A bit surprising there wasn't even any smoke involved, despite two of the cells apparently failed from bad internal connections and have a fair amount of charge left in them.
What would be nice is if someone could give her a bad Tesla cell (and some good ones) so she could tell us just how the Tesla cells are different.
