Title: failed to update my E4

hello fellows
could anybody help me, I'm facing a problem in updating my E4 on the tools+ pc application .
also Im not able to stream video from the cam  :(

That is a badly formed question that will get you no help.

What is the problem, what are you trying to do, what exactly is not working, how did you expect it to work, what have you tried to make it work, what files are you using to do it etc..
