This topic might not relate to most of the users here but here we go.
I've ordered parts from farnell and in the checkout window it shows that there are no delivery charges. However When the invoice was sent via email. It turns out they added delivery charges [ UPS ]. When i checked my debit card. it seems that they have not taken any money for delivery. instead they only withdrew the money for the parts. I've received the parts and the UPS delivery guy did not mention delivery charges.
I've contacted farnell and they claimed that " Shipping is charged to the UAE & costs depend on Weights & dimensions. "
Does anyone have any experience with this? Will they withdraw shipping charges at a later date? The order seems to be "completed" on their website. And my bank account shows no pending transactions from farnell. What is going on?
