LOL. ;D

Note that coronaviruses are nothing new and are actually pretty common: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronavirus

Some have been pretty bad like the SARS, but a lot of them (probably the majority in circulation) are relatively mild.

Apparently it seems only a few of us know that, and only takes a few clicks here and there to suss it out and get up to speed with what's really going down,

but why is everyone else not accepting the heads up free sugar, nor dropping their amusement addictions for a minute, and researching for themselves

and then if still undecided, toss a coin which information to roll with.

Does fear, panic and subsequent -MORE- hardship to come, give them woodies or get them moist?  :-*

It makes no sense  :-// nor fair on the rest of us getting dragged down the destitute tubes with them

'Sorry we didn't know'  or 'we did what THEY told us, to -do the right thing- and ignore deniers' etc
won't cut it as excuses and conversation drivel in the poor houses, soup kitchens, alleyways, parks,
deserted construction sites..

Some numbers relevant to Covid-19 in my area, without commentary:
Population of Illinois:  12.7 million (roughly half in Chicago metropolitan area).
Normal deaths per year (2018-9):  110,000 = 300 per day (entire state).
Official Covid-19 deaths in last 5 days:  415 = 83 per day.

I'm moving to Illinois: less deaths, less idiots (?) so less fear flu panic induced stress causing deaths

Actually it's still ok here for now, but idiot stocks and unquestioning gullibility levels are still at an all time high,

sand and buckets have been hoarded too, now that toilet paper sales are restricted to one per person

sand and buckets..?   :o   still working that one out,

more 'Stay Safe Stay Home' shed and kitchen fires perhaps?    :-//

Dying from old school domestic violence may still be a better demise option
than dropping dead from a sudden corona sniffle induced asphyxiation coupled with multiple organ failure ,
and falling in front of a moving train, tram, bus, or trampled at 8.59 am at the front door during a 'Closing Down FOREVER Sale!' stampede

or worse..coronafied and collapsing head first, shoulders jammed tight, into a public toilet bowl at the local semi-deserted shopping mall   :-[

At least you were taken out in your own -about to be repossessed- home  :-+
spending the last bit of so so quality time with people you once cared for and vice versa,  ???
before corona TERR0R :scared:  zero future prospects, dreams shattered, 'work from home' gig pulled,
and the usual mounting bills, compounding interest, booze, ice, and general lack of money problems took control

ADD low toilet paper and pasta stocks, and Windows 10 or Mac MountainX playing up with ransomware BSODs/GSODs to that volatile mix,
and anyone would get slightly agro    >:( :horse: >:D

Message from the Ether...
"Gee, Thanks Corona   :-* :-* :-*    I'm in a better place now...  :)"

I was just reading yesterday that the USA has passed a grim milestone with as many people in this country having died of Covid as died throughout the entirety of the Vietnam war. While the state I live in has been flat for quite a while now, the overall death rate for the whole nation is still in a steep climb and hospitals still can't get enough protective gear. In the harder hit states morgue space is becoming a serious problem, many have been leasing refrigerated tractor trailers normally used for shipping frozen food and using them to store corpses. One was using rented U-haul trucks to store them on ice.

On the bright side I suspect flue deaths will be low for a few seasons after this, and overall infections disease rates will be low for a while. Stopping the spread of Covid also stops the spread of numerous less virulent diseases.

ok.. what rag were you reading for starters

and some confirmed proof please,

or 'it didn't happen' anywhere beyond your QUOTE "the state I live in has been flat for quite a while now"

as it has been in my state also, half a world away..

'flat' = nothing happening out of the ordinary that didn't happen last year, or in 2010

or two minutes past 11:59 pm, on December 31st 1999
