I would recommend a Whale shark, even though it is as harmless as you can get ( aside to plankton and very small fish) but has the carry capability to move the laser and power supply, you just need a long power cord and a waterproof box for the electronics.

That would be input power, not output. 10.5kw in will probably be 5-10w max out

A 10.5KW output laser would be huge. Rough calcs of almost 18.4MW input power.

Those huge argons aren't hard to come by as they've now been replaced by DPSS. Their ridiculous inefficiency is part of their charm...
