Merry Christmas to all the Bloggers that believe in Santa Claus.
"Heaven has been described as the place that once you get there all the dogs you ever loved run up to greet you."

I thought the title said "Happy Days" at first and it reminds me of the musical.

As numerous business places used to say back in the 1950s & '60s ---"Season's Greetings".

At least that is nicer sentiment than the happy holidays bs that we seem to have universally adopted.

'happy holidays' has become about binge spending and outdoing others. If people are that offended by the words Merry Christmas then don't spend, don't decorate or engage in anything to do with the day clearly want to avoid. It diminishes the day to no more than just another Hallmark Holiday and an excuse to overindulge.

The day should be about family and friends getting together and remembering those present or not, sharing some time and giving a memento to others that means something if you need to and not the most expensive or glossy Zboxwhizzer. For those that want to add brand X religion to it by all means but don't force yours on me that is my choice to make.

I am still very comfortable using the phrase I grew up with in a non Christian school and household "Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year" and I wish it to all of you.

this potted $0.02 thought is just to maybe help others reflect, I am going back to my cave now for another coffee.

I wish Merry Christmas to those that worship it.
And to all others whatever they worship, I wish all the best.
And to all a happy and healthy New Year.

P.S. I wish all the best to all people of goodwill.
Any day of the year.

A very merry happy Christmas to all.

I hope your 2019 will be better than mine is gearing up to be, but regardless of what the future may hold, I hope all can have a good winter/summer.

Everyone should drop into the EEVBlog IRC at some point, details can be found on the main EEVBlog website under the chat section.
I forget who I am sometimes, but then I remember that it's probably not worth remembering.
