Flipper, a Tamagotchi-radio-thing?
« on: August 12, 2020, 05:16:11 pm »
Just came around this crazy stuff while scrolling on social media..basically it seems a simple RF transciever based  on an off the shelf TI part.

Maybe a polished dev-board kind of thing would have been cool if you are into that sort of stuff and like to write your own code.
But what about that interactive dolphin nonsense?  :-DD :-DD, it's hilarious.
At least is open source so maybe if it ever gets into production may be useful

Sorry for any mistake in my English

It's a big success on Kickstarter. Already received over 40 times required funding.

It could be cool, I wouldn't bash them though... I won't get behind every new invention but I won't shit talk them either

Isn't it basically a tool to steal access codes?       It sounds to me that a "user" can seat in a parking lot waiting to capture car remotes as car owners parks, and minutes later "use" one of the cars.    Yes, it can be used for other than that, but the heavy interest in a pocket size format...
