Farnell web order problem

expert in breaking down webpages I visit. Elfaforums was my last victim 

Placed order 41.83EUR on 220817
webpage vent into maintenance. (~5s) after restart it was fine and I completed my order  (google chrome browser)
didnt receive order confirmation
registered new farnell account, couldnt login via phone, but order is not there either (not tied to my email( entered wrong email? ))
contacted customer service 220818
Bank confirmed payment 29.49EUR on 220819
Farnell still cant find my order

Typical Farnell. Their web site is a shit show.

Payment probably hasn't cleared yet. The bank will see it as pending for a few days rather than cleared. I'd order it from another supplier and see if it times out. If it doesn't charge back the fuckers via the bank.

I love Farnell so much I buy stuff from Mouser. It turns up quicker as well even though it comes from the USA

here one day pending is normal (manual order processing due to low volume)
even mouser takes to deliver 2..5days for some last ~300km
