Title: Forum registration is broken on the mobile version of the site

I was signing up here using my android tablet, and I had originally tried to do so using the mobile version of the site. After about 10 minutes of failing, I tried the desktop version (ignoring the tapatalk nag messages |O ) and the desktop version worked. The mobile version was missing the "are you a human" and the country settings. Just thought I should point this out to get fixed :-/O .
