[Solved] Forum time and date?

Hello!

The timestamp seem to be off on the forum post.

I cannot find anywere to change my timezone on the board? Ive tried selecting country, but still the same.

Goto your profile and you'll find the time offset in the 'Look and Layout' section (dropdown from the 'Modify Profile' button).

I was really banging my head against the wall trying to figure this out. For those that may be similarly confused I've included a screenshot showing where it is...

Remember you'll have to change this four times a year, as the server is set to a local timezone with DST applied automatically.

I wonder why it doesn't use something not as confusing and more or less standard? Maybe something like UTC.

Because Dave. Those who aren't used to working with timezones tend to find anything but their local timezone confusing.
