Has anybody ordered from Futurlec lately, I entered an order 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing?

I haven't ordered in years but from what I remember if a part is not in stock it will hold up your order and they won't tell you.
You can email them to ask which part it is.

Uh Futurlec is notorious for their "service". It has always been like that - search this forum, I am sure you will find threads from the past full of horror stories.
Go elsewhere, even AliExpress and eBay are less trouble than Futurlec.

I haven't used them in years. Well over 10. Back when I did, I used their PCB service a couple times. That was pretty cheap, and reasonable quality (at the time - these days you have better for similarly low prices), but took ages.

I ordered from them a few months ago. I hadn't used them in many years (had no problems in the past). I too never heard anything. When I emailed, I was told the credit card didn't go through. I haven't bothered following up with the order.

Futurelec are in Bangkok if I remember correctly and the covid situation there is starting to look quite dire.

Yes I would say dire. From the outside they seem pretty un-functional. See my experience with them recently here:

They don't always notify you when they ship. I placed an order with them two years ago. After 17 days I emailed them and they said the order had been shipped 10 days ago and gave me a tracking number. So I'd just email them and inquire about the order.
