Title: Galaxy S4 charger schematic needed.
Post by: snipersquad100 on November 28, 2014, 12:25:08 pm
Hi my phone charger has blown, (Samsung galaxy s4)  it looks like some resisters have melted under the main caps.
If I can see a schematic I might be able to fix it.
thanks
P.s. if anyone opens one of these be careful those caps hold a charge even after a couple of day not being plugged in.
I learned that the hard way. :scared:
p.p.s. Yes im a tight arss. :-DD

any 5V/1A charger with a USB plug will do the job.. why to repair a $6 worth charger ?

Problem is you don't know for sure WHAT ELSE is blown up to be able to make it safe again.

I would be also interested in an extremely small 5V 0.5A power supply.
