I've bought a bit of stuff from and, apart from a slightly dinged-up bench power supply, it's been okay.

My last order was to try out their components so I ordered a bunch of SMD resistors and capacitors, a few bags of transistors, voltage regs, solder-paste, heat-shrink, 555 timers, etc and some dial calipers.

The dial calipers were crap (really, really bad!) -- the rack was munted, they were full of dirt, scratched and sloppy as hell -- but they gave me a credit for that.

The bigger problem was that quite a few of the ordered items (including a $46 signal generator) were missing from the order.

I contacted them and they said "all sent" but the bag was unopened on arrival and there was definitely stuff missing.

It was a $200 order and about $60 worth of it was not in the consignment that arrived.

I'm thinking that they're just not geared up for orders containing more than one or two items and have no actual print - pick - pack process in order.

After some discussion, they said they'd send out the missing bits -- and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until I see otherwise.

However, just a little heads-up in case anyone else was thinking of taking a shopping list along to the site.

I'll keep folk informed as to the outcome, if anyone's interested.

I've bought some stuff from that store, among them two Uni-T voltage detectors. They sent the wrong model, I complained, send a photo, and they gave me a full refund for the two detectors. Although they made a mistake they promptly fix it.

I bought a Hantek DSO5102B from them in Dec. 2010 and it arrived fine and in good shape. Have not gotten anything from them since then, but maybe things changed on their end ie. they got more "cheapish" than they used to be. :D

I've got two DSO5102B scopes bought separately in 3 months. One of them had ADC heatsink lost and another had some screw jumping inside, which I removed by unscrewing the DSO.
