Google Glass teardown

Guys at Sparkfun knew people who were getting one so offered to pay the cost in return for them tear it up.

There's also an article in IEEE Spectrum recently on another guy that's been working on these things for a long time:
http://spectrum.ieee.org/geek-life/profiles/steve-mann-my-augmediated-life

He raises a very good point that the way Glass does the camera the parallax and focusing is going to mess up your vision if you wear it too long. The way he's done it is much better.

As of right now Google Glass does not project image from the camera back, there is no fake transparency and cool overlaying information, so no problems with the eyes.

And right now they don't show too much compelling information to stare on the screen for hours.
