My car has some kind of metal coating on the windshield for blocking heat and UV radiation.
Problem is, this coating also blocks RF. For example, toll road transponders have to be placed at a specific spot on the windshield where the coating is not applied, else they won't work reliably.
This also means that GPS reception sucks. Is there any kind of GPS amplifier for cars like mine?
