I can find them on eBay as well for about $250.

I'm a Rigol fan (just took delivery of my DS1054Z and have been using a DP832 for a year or so now) but they are fairly pricey (for the hobbyist) and I'm tapped out with Christmas around the corner.

Is this brand any good?

IMO they've been spec'ed to compete directly with the Rigol AWG's, have a study of the datasheets.
