H264 HDMI to IP stream encoder(receivable on a LG TV)
« on: October 25, 2019, 11:48:24 am »
Hi all,

Anyone knows of a nice H264 HDMI to IP  stream encoder (chinese, or non-chinese) that can be used in conjunction with the softclient of a LG WebOS IP TV?

TIA

LKV373A plus a Raspberry Pi or similar to reformat the packets.

I would prefer a AIO device.

Mount everything (LKV373A, Raspberry Pi, and 5V PSU) in a box. Or wait for someone to completely reverse engineer the LKV373A and then hack the firmware to output H.264 in the format the TV expects.

It is possible to get the LKV373A to output H264 but we need custom firmware.

You can head over to #lkv373a on freenode to get progress updates.
