| HA1930-I/SS datasheet |
| (1/1) |
| Helix70:
Does anyone have a datasheet or any information for a HA1930-I/SS? It is found in lithium battery protection circuits, from Microchip, but i can't find any information about it at all. Thanks, Josh |

I just came across the same part in an AEG battery pack. It's probably a PIC16(L)F1933 with factory programmed custom code. I had another different battery pack with the PIC16LF1933. I will try and see if I can read the device ID on the HA1930. |

Unlikely to be custom programmed, just an obscure PIC variant for the Chinese market: https://www.microchip.com/forums/m434316.aspx?print=true https://www.amobbs.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=831236 |

I have this chip in a ryobi 2.5aH 18v lion battery pack. it seems even after i have replaced a dead cell and charged and manually balanced all cells to not want to work again even though it shows full voltage. likely in fail safe mode. Luckily you can buy replacement bms for these ryobi packs off ebay for $15 |
