Ordinary soldermask or conformal coating? Neither is very easy tbh.
What are you trying to achieve?

Further reading: https://www.vaniman.com/ultimate-conformal-coating-removal-guide/. In short: epoxy conformal coating is worst case, you need set of preheating + ESD-safe microblasting equipment, right consumables.
