Duratool Spares (desoldering station)
« on: August 15, 2014, 02:37:38 pm »
Does anyone know where I can get spares for a Duratool D00672 from ?
It's a desoldering station which is probably been sold under a few other names too.
I have done a lot of googling but cant find anywhere to get spares from,
farnell stock accessories and such but not spares.

The part I need screws on to the front panel and the vacuum pipe connect to it,
here is a picture of of.

No one knows what the rest of the desoldering station looks like to know what other brands its the same as....

The part you need is most likely the same as other brand name station, possibly even Hakko.

This 'filter holder' is common on several units I have seen. It is used on my Circuit Specialists desoldering gun and on Aoyue products. I bought a spare from Wiltec in Germany. Great service from them. I also stocked up on many Aoyue spare parts at the same time to make the order worth while.

https://shop.wiltec.info/index.php/language/EN/XTCsid/59s53u1hvdht4mqstt473ep747

Dedicated Wiltec Aoyue site:

http://www.aoyue.eu/?___store=english&___from_store=german

Aoyue spare parts:

http://www.aoyue.eu/spare-parts-solderingstation-hotair-repairing-station-hot-air-soldering-desoldering-preheater.html

There appear to be two sizes of the part you need:

Small:  http://www.aoyue.eu/spare-parts-solderingstation-hotair-repairing-station-hot-air-soldering-desoldering-preheater/aoyue-anschluss-for-solder-fume-extraction-small.html

Large: http://www.aoyue.eu/aoyue-anschluss-for-solder-fume-extraction-large.html

Suggest you measure yours and ask Wiltec to check which one you need.

Many Aoyue are are cross compatible with other brand Chinese products as I suspect common manufacturing chains.

Another supplier of Aoyue spare parts:

I attach the manual for the Aoyue Int474A that uses the same filter holder

It looks like you need the small type (90163) from Wiltec. Take a look at the tech spec tab fro more info on it.

http://www.aoyue.eu/spare-parts-solderingstation-hotair-repairing-station-hot-air-soldering-desoldering-preheater/aoyue-anschluss-for-solder-fume-extraction-small.html

Cheap enough at Euro2.69 each  :)

It will cost you Euro5.50 Postage so you may wish to buy a couple or more  ;)

The Duratool D00672 is available from CPC. They seem to carry some spare parts.

(proven by the other posts under yours)
if someone else had posted this thread the first thing i would do is google the item name which
is in the first post.
