hantek DSO5202B problem

hi,
i bought hantek DSO5202B some days ago and i have a problem.
when i start it, it make good statup, but when graph is displayed, i can't do nothing.
it doesn't respond.
if i connect it using USB, it is see from computer but software says "timeout.
does someone have same problem with this scope ?

I would take it back to the supplier and get them to check it out, it looks me to be a warranty issue.

i've see the last page of  DSO hack - get 200MHz bw for free 
and the response looks to be inside.
