Has anyone used Dealexcel.com?

Has anyone purchased anything from Dealexcel. I have just had to wait 3 weeks for something to be shipped from Dealextreme. Does Dealexcel suffer the same long delays or do they have there own warehouse? Any comments will be helpful.

The 3 weeks delay does NOT include shipping time.

I'd recommend reading this thread, from the beginning if you can. Safarir's experience is the one that sticks out in my mind. I believe at least one other person may have ordered from them, but I'm not sure. You could probably turn up a few mentions with a search.

Thanks for the link, i am looking for peoples feedback regarding the time it takes Dealexcel to post/send the order more than how they handle returns. That link seems to be an example of how not to handle a return.
