Suggestion: Have drop down timezone lists in forum settings and have auto DST.

Quick Q.O.L. suggestions for the forums here:

Every time DST Rolls around, I have to go into the settings and change the offset of the forum time to my local time.  :-// Is there anyway we can get a drop down list with the timezone and a check box for it to automatically do DST? I'm sure a lot of us in the US would appreciate it!  :)

Just wanna mention I LOVE Tom Scott, he does some awesome stuff.

Not a bad idea, but watch the video first and understand the  |O with timezones.
