Hello from a new user!
« on: March 17, 2022, 05:57:56 pm »
Hi,

I wanted to say a quick hello to everyone!
I am based in London, UK. I used to be a member a couple of years ago, but I had to re-register as my old account appears to have been deleted.
I guess I will have to try and post a little more so that my user account remains active this time!

Kind regards,
Oli.

I studied EE at University of Leeds then went into IT and Management Consultancy.
I am returning to EE now with a particular interest in embedded systems and power electronics.
I am interested in Personal Electric Vehicle and Ebike product development.
If anybody else in the London area is into EE and ebikes then shoot me a PM!

Oli.

E-bikes are basicly a robot except they only have 1 em (electromagnetic) actuator on the back wheel.
Maybe you could sell a high-voltage electrostatic bike, maybe there would be people willing to buy it cause its novel.

I want to make an e-bike too,  but never got around to doing it,   the bikes on that classic manga Akira, had alot of e-bikes in it, thats the main movie that came out that pushed them into popularity.

I bet u could make a self riding motorbike as well,  that would be interesting.

So what do u do exactly with them,   u source the motor, driver and battery and u put them together?
