Help needed to source banana jack

Hi All,

I have been browsing for the past hour trying to source a supplier that has square panel mount banana jacks like the one in the image below.

Can anybody give me a hand with this?

I strongly suspect it’s a custom part. I’ve never seen such a thing from any of the manufacturers I’ve looked at.

Well, do you need this exact part, with all its wires, or do you just need the square mount function?

If the square mount function... Remove the jack from the case. Look at the track it sits in, carved into the case. I rather imagine that it will be an elongated "U." If so, this type may drop right in. Add a drop of silicone, to help keep it from sliding upward in the slot. You might have to add some type of box to isolate the naked end of the plug.

If the multiple wire functions... The single signal may be split to various locations, from the single connection point, on the jack.

Tell us what you are trying to achieve and why. What piece of equipment is it on? What functions does the jack perform? Are you certain this is a banana jack? Banana jacks typically only handle a single signal going in a single direction. This jack looks like more than that is going on.

Closest I've seen is this, I've got some here actually.

Only difference to your version is the nut instead of the square plastic.
A washer or silicon could be used to secure it.
