high bitrate 1080p youtube

using internet download manger when downloading some 1080p videos some not very many say 1080p high bitrate when downloaded they are 1080p with a higher bitrate why do some 1080p videos on youtube have a higher bitrate ?

Probably comes down to how it was originally encoded. Youtube always screws up quality, so the higher it is going in, the higher it is coming out most likely.

the videos where still 25fps 30fps ect
