High speed, low resolution camera ideas?

Hi all, I'm trying to find a very high speed camera for an experiment I want to try. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a reasonably priced source? I don't need lenses to go with it as my setup will be custom optics...

Frame rate = >10k frames/sec    (preferably >100k)
Resolution = at least 64x64 pixels

It would be used in bursts of maybe 2000 frames, between which the memory would be read out to a PC.

Any thoughts? All the high speed cameras I've found have been high-resolution, which isn't needed for my case.
