Higher current equivalent of LR8
« on: March 15, 2021, 10:34:57 pm »
Anybody know of a higher current equivalent of the LR8 whilst keeping the high voltage (450v would just about do unless I can get to 600v)?  30mA is dramatically lower than the required current.  If possible I would like 200 but any increase would be helpful even with 100 I could use 3, using 10 is a bit silly.......  I appreciate I can go down the route of a pass MOSFET such as an IRF840 but I was just hoping to simplify things.

Thanks
