Don't worry if it's slow, read the front page for the reason.I tried to telnet into the server to play Adventure but can log in but not find the game as bill has moved the directory and I have no idea how to move to it.Tried a few old Dos commands but failed (
can't understand why
). If anyone can get in and running I'd love to enter the Colossal Cave one more time.

Use
ls /usr/local/games
to list the games.
Just type the game name (like
adventure
) to execute.
Beware the grue.

Login
cd /usr/local/games/
adventure
You can type ls to list all games

Checking out the rest of the site throws up some wonderfull work by Bill.A true pioneer, Maybe we should ask him if he can make the chips at home then point him to Chris Gammell.Dave would love it!
