Hi there,
I hope you like this post. So I have a car, a Peugeot 205 from 1995. And I decided to get the instrument cluster out to replace some indicatior bulbs. Also I took the time to fully document the wires going to the cluster. There are some repair manuals on this car but regarding electrical stuff they s*** hell.
My car is for gasoline fuel but the instrument cluster also has the ability to display some warning lamps regarding an diesel engine. For example: Water in fuel filter and a pre-heat active. There is also a pretty obscure warning lamp which didn't have a fitting mounted in the rear panel.
So I was able to make it lit by looking at the rear board. It looks like some laboratory glassware with a droplet. Do you know what this dashboard symbol means? It is in the top right corner of the fuel gauge.
