How do I get the Google AdSense team’s attention?

I'm sorry if this is a wrong place to ask this. Please delete if it is not appropriate for here.

For more than a year i'm trying to open new AdSense account and Google system always tells me that i already have an account under an email starting with "toon...@gmail.com". Although i have never ever had an email with "toon" in it nor do i have any other AdSense accounts open. The previous one i had, long time ago i closed properly and i got confirmation for it.

Another stupidity by Google is that THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL, Every contact option just ends up in Directing you to "community questions" and of course, i did post there ans as i expected, NOBODY WILL EVER SEE NOR ANSWER IT THERE!!!

They simply have a mistake, they don't care and that's about it for now.

You get their attention by offering lots of money!  (Am being serious).
People get SO used to using Google, (myself included!), that they forget, or do not properly
realize, what they are about!  They are not a charity, but a HUGE commercial enterprise, making
billions of dollars in Advertising. YES... you can 'find' anything you want, but if you are a Website
developer/company, the days are LONG GONE when you simply added a list of 'Key-Words' to
some meta tags in your page header!!  It's now virtually like buying shares, and paying enough
money for 'words', to be higher on the tree than others.  'AdSense' is just one of NUMEROUS
synonyms used over the last many years, to basically 'barter' for 'keywords/phrases' to the highest
bidder, in order to be at the top of the results lists!  And you can/do pay per click for visitors!.

Though, this is in their best interest to fix the bug/mistake in their "very smart, bulletproof" system. Which obviously made huge mistake.

I found no solutions to this problem. It's funny that you never get the answers from the Google Support Team.

Find their HQ address, then turn up in an armoured truck with guns pointing at it, with a megaphone - they'll soon wake up.

Bless you and your naivety, expecting that Google answer the phone. This isn’t 1955.

Take hostages and say you will release them only if someone on the Google AdSense team replies to your problem. I'm guessing you've got a 50/50 chance of succeeding.

They work furiously on AI to solve the problem.
