How do you unsubscribe to a topic?

A cuple of threads i dont' want to subscribe to any more.. how do i 'unsubscribe' to them.

Depends on what you mean by subscribe.
From memory email notifications have the option to unsubscribe within them
If you don't want them appearing in your "Show new replies to your posts" list then over on the far right is an ignore check box

Where is this Ignore check box? I don't see it. Using IE browser.

I do not have an Ignore Checkbox on any lists: 
  "Show unread posts since last visit." or
  "Show new replies to your posts."

I would like to stop threads that I've replied to (NOT subscribed to) from continuing to show up in my "Show new replies to your posts." list.

Edit: I would like to stop seeing the posts in my "Show new replies" list.  See screen cap.  My "Unread posts" list looks the same. No Ignore box
