"Show new replies to your posts" how to stop some?

The bit that says "Show new replies to your posts"; well there are several threads that I'm not really interested in following anymore. Is there some way I can stop them appearing?

I have the same question:

Is there any way to stop a topic from being displayed in my "Show new replies to your posts." page, please?
The only workaround I found so far is to delete all my past messages from that topic I don't want to follow any more, but this is horrible.
