how to burn/damage PCB

soldering with 400C :popcorn:
when tip is tarnished it wont take solder even with 400C and hot air wont help either

I keep mine set at a smidgeon under 750°F (399°C). The only time I have ruined a tip was when I accidently left it on overnight.

use 250 C for 60/40 and sensitive boards

250'C is far too low, everything will cooked to death before the solder melts
