Yikes!
Reading stuff like this reminds me that I'm not cut out for management. I can't imagine having to worry about people and politics, it's just an alien landscape for me. I'm a born technician, I'd much rather have a frustrating problem to deal with than a frustrating person. To each their own, I suppose.
If anyone needs me just follow the smell of burnt flux and solvents. I'll be adding RFID capability and a 'this jerk didn't make a new pot' alarm to the coffee machine. :)
