Hot air gun and solder paste. Preheater recommended.

Thanks for hints. The best way seems to be paste+stencil. The problem is, that the stencil is not existent :(
I decided not to use my hotair rework station, but manual one.
As a preparation I covered chip outlets using shiny tip with a ball of SnPb solder + a lot of flux, then wicked out and cleaned with IPA.
The same I plan to do with the PCB, but without wicking out. Then IPA cleaning.
Finally manual hotair with the smallest flow available (I have very powerfull 1kW device) 400 °C, very small ammount of Amtech NC, 2-3 mins preheat (temperatire measuring all the time) and final reflow about 60 secs at 240 °C.
What do you think?
Thanks fo your opinions in advance!

... or maybe: during the second step cover with solder just the inner pads, then attach the chip by hotair and then all the outer pads solder manually...

Usually its only needed to tin the PCB, if you tin PCB + IC that can cause too much solder. But since you are wicking off excess on the PCB, should be fine.
You need to add flux after you clean with IPA as well.
