Subscribe to what? No load voltage is an accurate indicator???

State of Health: This can be accomplished a few ways. I typically just measure the short circuit current of the cell, given the ~5 Ohm ESR of the cell, this could be in the order of 500mA-1A . Open circuit voltage also helps determining it. Then calculate the ESR and that will give you a good indication on this"
Thanks, to perform either of these I would like to have some sort of jig to insert the battery in (like a battery tester bracket) that would allow me to connect multiple leads to each end of battery. Any ideas?
