How to drive this Forum....

Please can I have some usage tips... I don't watch the forum constantly but when I do wander back it would be nice to see threads to which I had contributed.... however...
"Show new replies to your posts." doesn't do it since the thread may have been extended without a direct reply to my message.  I don't want to notify because that will cause too much email spam.
"Show unread posts since last visit." seems to be something different... like all new unread posts.

Any hints and tips?

The Forum moves fast so often a thread I am interested in will be well behind the bleeding edge when I come back to it.

I work around is to find my own posts and then follow the threads back... very annoying.

That shows my posts not threads to which I have posted... I want to see threads to which I have posted that have moved on.

Just click on each post and it will take you to the thread.

The "Show new replies to your posts." link will show you any thread that you have posted in which has new replies.  The replies do not need to be directly to you, in response to you and you did not need to start the thread.

So this link is what you want.   Put another way it shows you threads you have participated in which have new messages.

Sorry for being dumb earlier... I obviously misunderstood the function of "Mark All Read" wrt "Show new replies to your posts"

Now on each visit I look at the random current stuff (too much to fully read) and then go to "Show new replies to your posts" and finally press "Mark All Read"... seems to meet my requirements.
