Hantek DSO-2250 problem
« on: November 19, 2011, 06:19:01 pm »
Does anyone have a Hantek DSO-2090, DSO-2150 or DSO-2250 USB oscilloscope?

I have just purchased one and I am having trouble triggering from Ch2.

If I connect a probe from CH1 to the CAL output of the unit, set the timebase and amplitude correctly and select CH1 as the trigger source, it triggers correctly.

If I repeat this for CH2, it will not trigger...

Is it faulty or am I missing some setting?

Thank you.

you better do a teardown and post the pictures here so everybody can get a crystal clear of your issue ;)

Have you tried switching the trigger source to CH2 ?
One can never have enough oscilloscopes.

Hello,

I have a DSO-2150. Mine triggers correctly on either CH1 or CH2.

Most likely, the trigger level is not correct. You can move the trigger level by dragging the "T" triangly stuff on the right side of the waveform.

Cheers,
Dan

To "tekfan", 'yes' I did select CH2 as the trigger source  ;)

To "Balaur", hello and thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately, yes the trigger level was/is correct.
My software if 7.0.0.3, so that is probably not the problem.
So, if yours is working correctly, it is not a design flaw, so I presume mine is faulty :(

Thank you all.
