I like the reference to a 'double MOS tube'   - the seller must be nostalgic for valve/vacuum tube designs.

I've noticed that sellers from the Far East will often refer to any kind of display as a "tube", e.g., "7-Segment LED display tube".  They also frequently use "bits" when they mean "digits".
