Title: I have the qualification electronics and i don't know it's occupation
Post by: alexandrei77 on May 16, 2016, 01:32:28 pm
This is about highscool.I followed this domain by our educational criterions,I didn't understand what is with the montages and i kept asking myself why do i have to draw a circuit when i didn't know what happened with the pieces in the actual moment.I muddled trough school and i didn't knew why i choosed this domain.Maybe it's because of the sofisticated name.I am asking you if i can hired with the degree but no practical knowledges,i mean you write math formulas and you calculate what you have to calculate without keeping tabs on to put something to work. The worst part is that we don't have the electronics department in our town and the only departmant that is alive is electrotehnics. All i know is that i wield Ohm's law,Kirchoff's law and the current+voltage formulas. Also, our Ms class teacher explained us at her hour that all we have to know is to complete the cv and that's all.Our Ms class teacher is an english teacher.

If you managed to get a degree or any other qualification, you should record that on your CV. The honest thing to do is to be honest in an interview and say you will work hard but need support. There will be a whole slew of people I suspect saying lie, just get in as best you can and wing it.

I dont know Romania - or where you live at present, if they have apprenticeships? This is where a firm takes you under its wing, generally for minimum pay/wages, and helps train you 'on the job'. The hope is that you see and value the time and money the company has spent on you and they get a cheap worker who can in a short(ish) time help boost productivity.

If you understand the theory - the practical should come on pretty quick. There is nothing stopping you watching Youtube and getting visual advice from professionals on particular types of work.

Good luck.
