I need this reference design,but i can't find it :(

Already tried to find something on google by typing the same stuff on this pdf,but nothing & I also tried to upload the picture of this Credit card sized power supply to finally find it and yet nothing ....
At this point i need your help to find this,please if you know where i can find this reference please tell me the link.

Well, considering that the price for "non-cred card" high voltage power supplies from Ultravolt, this is a gold mine and I'm pretty sure that the good professor Rivas and/or his uni got a lot of offers and this stuff is either patented up to the wazoo and/or trade secret to only be disclosed to the Chinese overlords :-DD.
So, personally I don't think that will be a public available and useful schematic/PCB, but the full paper is here, maybe some smart minds will be able to devise a schematic out of it:

To be honest ?
I'm much more interested about to learn everything about pcb planar inductor coils,especially about how to fight the axial field which is their weakness.
