yes, like 1 year ago.

and after 30s pixels dimm all weird like its dying

It could be a damaged LCD controller. The pixels look uneven.
Is one of the two ICs getting hot when the pixels dimm?

If it is half the lines, yes, but in this case it is half the columns. This means the LCD controller is not working correctly (44780 and almost all clones can drive 8 characters by 2 lines directy and a column expander chip is driving the remaining characters).

its only 12 EUR |O checked my mc timing F_CPU that was wrong initialy but i corrected it and mesured it using oscilloscope and was right but that did not help

I had one acting just like that - the left half died and the right half was working. Yours may be dead of other causes, but still this may give you some ideas.
With only half not working, I figured it was some loose connection. I tried pressing hard and/or flexing it a bit to force the contacts close - it worked for a while. I narrowed down to one of the two black globs (IC encased inside).
Mechanical pressure (rubber band) worked a while. Eventually, it totally died. I replaced mine. Just a few bucks. Mine had an I2C adapter which is still working on the replacement 2004 LCD.
