Title: I'd like to see a "unique components" and also mechanical/motion control forum

Just throwing these ideas out there, as these are subjects that get covered here but might be worth putting in their own area to make threads easier to find.

One thought Ive had a lot is, it would be neat to have a forum for unique components or component history/info..

(or unique parts)

and also a forum for mechanical stuff.. electronics related motion control, motors, metalworking, CNC stuff, these are areas I would like to know more about.
