IGBT Curve traces comparation

I bought a pair of RJH60T4 IGBT to replace in a induction hob from a local supplier that i use often.
The case marking is different on the lettering, polishing...

Idecided to use my DCA75 to compare curve traces, what do you thinq of the results? Is this expected tolerances?
