| Im looking for a load switch ic with button controller |

Dear all, I'm looking for a load switch IC with a button controller like this one : https://product.torexsemi.com/en/series/xc6192 . Preferably available on LCSC and cheap. Another one I've found is SRC0 from ST, but it's expensive. I had hard time finding such ICs, as most load switches have momentary enable. I thought having something integrated will be easier to work with, but generally speaking I don't know how experts "usually implement" this soft switch feature? Shall I ditch the IC idea and implement soft latch from discrete parts like Dave did in one of his videos? Or maybe there are different approaches I could take? I know about at least 1 lipo charger (I have one in my design) that has this button aka on-off functionality as well. My requirements : on-off soft switch, easy, cheap, less than 10µA when off. Thanks. |

Maybe build your own using a cheap microcontroller, e.g.: https://www.electronics-lab.com/project/attiny85-push-button-power-switching-software-solution/ |

Also see the suggestions here: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/beginners/tactile-mom-switch-to-enable-ic/ N.B. the CMOS inverters need to run at the battery voltage as you cant afford the quiescent current of a regulator. The suggested part is good for single LIPO or other power source under 6V. 4000 series CMOS is probably the best option for up to 4S Lipo packs and above that you are S.o.L. |

Thanks guys! That thread(s) Ian pasted is gold. |
