Some German page mentions HA-5002 from Intersil as a possible alternative. I can't evaluate how true this statement is. Slew rate and Bandwidth seem similar.

I made reference of Mr. Krzysztof Marcinek's design to build my MAX038 function generator. AD811 is used in the output stage. It's hot so I put a heat sink on it. The generator works fine for me so far.

Please note the diodes across the two LM337 for protection on the negative side for 5V and 15V supply are in wrong direction!

When I searched for 2000V/µs I came across this:

The suggested AD811 seems to be even better speced.
